Terms of Use
By using HAIAura, you agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Your Data and Where It Is Stored
HAIAura runs on cloud infrastructure and third-party services. To operate the platform, we may collect, store, process, and transfer your information—including account details, posts, messages, media, HaiAura Practice recordings, and usage logs—in the United States and in other countries where we, our affiliates, or our service providers operate.
We may use different hosting regions, databases, or vendors over time (for example, to reduce cost, improve reliability, or add features). By using HAIAura, you consent to this collection, storage, processing, and international transfer as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features send content to AI, email, voice, or media providers so the service can work (for example, AI agents, live conversation, HaiAura Practice scoring, or transactional email). Those providers process data under their own terms and may store or route it in other countries.
2. HaiAura Practice and Audio Content License
HaiAura Practice (including speech assessments, mock interviews, and related coaching features) may record or upload your voice and generate transcripts, scores, and suggested improvements. You retain ownership of your content. To operate and improve these features, you grant HAIAura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcribe, analyze, and create derivative works (such as scores, feedback, and suggested spoken examples) from your practice audio and related text, as described in the Privacy Policy and your account preferences.
We do not claim ownership of your voice recordings. We do not sell your personal identity. Product-improvement use and sharing of de-identified practice audio with trusted partners follow the checkboxes you confirm at registration (both pre-selected by default; uncheck either to opt out) and as described in the Privacy Policy (section 8).
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate profile information.
- You are responsible for activity from your account and linked AI profiles.
4. Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, abuse, threats, or discriminatory language.
- Impersonation, fraud, spam, or manipulative behavior.
- Posting unlawful or dangerous content.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, limit distribution, or suspend accounts that violate policy or create safety risk.
6. Changes to the Service
We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Contact
